What irks me ever more, is that they also predict it would produce a $57 million windfall , generated by fees, for the Empire State — if, as a liberal think tank predicts, some 265,000 illegals take advantage of the offer. A tax windfall does not justify further breaking of the rule of law by people who have already broken the rule of law. It simply encourages more people to storm our shores
