Statement by New York State Conservative Party Chairman Gerard Kassar “The public deserves to know now how much Gov. Cuomo profited from best-selling COVID-19 book.”
Brooklyn, NY – “‘American Crisis: Leadership Lessons from the Covid-19 Pandemic’ (Crown, 2o20), Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s (semi-fictional) New York Times best-seller, presumably made the governor a tidy profit. The public deserves to know the exact amount now, as questions about his handling of COVID-19 are squarely in the public eye.
“To profit from such a human catastrophe in the first place — after potentially fatal mistakes were made by him and his administration — raises significant questions about Mr. Cuomo’s judgement. He should report how much he made at the first possible opportunity to the people who gave him his job.
“The governor is currently delaying release of the profit figure until May, when his next financial disclosure statement is due. That’s not good enough. The man who once promised to be the most transparent governor in history needs to be transparent now.”
The Conservative Party organizations representing the five counties of the City of New York have endorsed the following candidates for this year’s citywide election contests: Bill Pepitone for Mayor, Tony Herbert for Public Advocate, and Paul Rodriguez for Comptroller.

This year’s general election contests for Mayor, Public Advocate, and Comptroller are scheduled for Tuesday, November 2nd, with Conservative Party candidates appearing on Row “C” of the ballot.
If it were up to this man, every prison would be emptied, no one would ever be sent to a prison again and the innocent victims of their crimes would be the ones to afraid to leave their homes. FBI, U.S. Attorney Officially Open Investigation into Governor Cuomo
It has been 10 months in the making, but the FBI and U.S. attorney’s office in Brooklyn have formally launched an investigation into Governor Cuomo, his coronavirus task force, and their handling of nursing homes during the peak of the pandemic.
The Eastern District of New York is on the ground floor of their investigation but is preparing to dig into Governor Cuomo and some of his senior staff members for their role in the coverup of thousands of deaths throughout New York State.
In another startling revelation Democratic Assemblyman Ron Kim revealed the Governor called him repeatedly, ultimately threatening him and his career if he did not stop calling for a criminal investigation.
“The thing that really pisses me off the most is that he took away our ability to legislate by not sharing that data in real time,” Kim said of Cuomo’s COVID-19 death coverup.
We are only in the beginning stages, but the Governor and his henchman earned this investigation. They deceived the state of New York, they deceived the family members who lost loved ones all in the name of a political agenda. While the Javits Convention Center, USNS Comfort and Samaritans Purpose field hospital went unused, thousands died, the Governor accepted Emmy awards for his “heroic” response and cracked jokes on national television.
As this saga continues to unfold, it is very important to note and remember the Republican State Assembly announced the forming of a commission yesterday to investigate impeaching Governor Cuomo. As this commission continues to weigh its options, we should be keeping an eye out to see which state Democrats are willing to put their money where their mouth is, put party politics aside and support impeachment proceedings.

Rush Limbaugh 1951-2021
Earlier this week we lost an icon in the conservative movement. Rush Limbaugh saved AM radio and gave millions upon millions of common-sense conservatives a voice.
A man who knew of America’s remarkable greatness and opportunity, his career in radio and show business spanned from 1971 until his death days ago. Rush was conservative radio’s happy warrior, always having fun and keeping his listeners engaged.
We lost a titan but will also remember his contributions. Rest in peace, Rush.
VP Harris Taking Private Meetings on Behalf of America
So, who is running the country you ask? Well, it appears to be the Vice President, just as we suspected would happen.
During the 2020 election cycle, then candidate Biden’s ability to handle the grueling schedule of being the President was brought into question due to his campaign’s half work, or no work, days. Now, we have learned the Biden Administration is calling early “lids” on his day and allowing VP Harris to take solo calls with foreign leaders on behalf of President Biden.
In the final year of the Trump Presidency, VP Pence took no direct calls with leaders of other nations, leaving no doubt that President Trump was in charge and executing the duties of his office.
The VP also spends her day shadowing President Biden for several hours, almost as if she is getting accelerated on the job training to take over for the President. The VP has her own radical left-wing agenda, one that is arguably 2 steps to the left of President Bidens.
It is reported the VP also get’s the last word in the room, even when the President is present, begging the question, who is running the country? American’s deserve to know the mental and physical state of its Commander-in-Chief.
If New York’s Emperor truly followed the facts/science he would not be considering the legalization of marijuana in New York state for any reason, but he is in such a deep hole, the emperor is placating those on his left and trying to fool New Yorkers that the projected revenues will help resolve the monetary problems due to his shutting down businesses in NYS. There is a rampant drug problem in New York and the rest of America; legalizing a Schedule 1 drug will only send a message that drug use is acceptable. It is a shameful message that only oligarchs would use to keep control over those whom they rule. The last few days shows what an oligarch New York’s emperor is. If Governor Cuomo is dedicated to pulling New York out of the financial mess he helped create when forcibly closing New York’s business, he has an alternative: allow New York to start hydrofracking! Our citizens need good jobs and the secondary jobs that come with a vibrant economy.
Regarding the NYS budget: “Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s plan would raise levies $2 billion, mostly via an income-tax surcharge on top earners and a delay in scheduled tax cuts for the middle class. And proposals in the Legislature (now packed with radical leftists) would go even further.” State lawmakers’ tax-hike temptation could end NY as we know it.

Brooklyn, NY – “Governor Andrew Cuomo’s best-selling book, “American Crisis: Leadership Lessons from the Covid-19 Pandemic” (Crown, 2020), was written under false pretenses, it has now been made clear. That begs the question: ‘Did Andrew Cuomo purposely mislead editors and readers — falsely establishing him himself as a COVID-19 leadership whiz — in order to make the maximum amount of money for himself through book sales?
“If the Governor knowingly misled editors and readers for remunerative benefit, he may have committed fraud. It’s a serious question that needs to be looked into by an independent investigator.”
BOMBSHELL: Governor Cuomo’s Top Aide Admits to Hiding Nursing Home Data
Last night, what we all knew to be true for many months officially became verified information when Melissa DeRosa, top aide to Governor Cuomo, admitted that his administration has been lying and covering up nursing home deaths for months to deceive the Federal Government.
The stunning revelations came yesterday after DeRosa apologized to Democratic members of the State legislature, admitting they “froze” because then President Donald Trump was tweeting true information regarding the nursing home crisis created by Governor Cuomo and his Health Administration.
“So we do apologize,” DeRosa said. “I do understand the position that you were put in. I know that it is not fair. It was not our intention to put you in that political position with the Republicans.”
For nearly a year, the Conservative Party has been calling for an independent investigation to be conducted by the United States Department of Justice. While the mainstream media and Democratic New York State Assembly and Senate praised Governor Cuomo and ignored the facts right under their nose, we repeatedly cried foul. Today, we could be taking our first steps towards true justice and holding Governor Cuomo and his administration accountable.
Many of our Conservative/Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives, State Assembly and State Senate have been trying to lead their fellow colleagues in government to water, but their refusal until now to put partisan politics aside, work for the people of New York, and resist the bully in the Governor’s mansion led to Andrew Cuomo believing he was above the law.
Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has been a leading voice and outspoken critic of Cuomo’s. She was ridiculed in the media and attacked by the Governors top errand boy Rich Azzopardi, but she remained consistent.
“I have said from the beginning that this is more than a nursing home scandal, this is a massive corruption and coverup scandal at the highest level of New York State Government implicating the Governor, the Secretary to the Governor, the New York State Health Commissioner, and the Governor’s staff,” the Congresswoman said.
As this story begins to develop, it is clear the Cuomo administration has earned themselves a DOJ investigation, and criminal charges. The Governor, his aide DeRosa, Health Commissioner Zucker, and lead errand boy Azzopardi should resign effective immediately.
