Statement by Conservative Party Chairman Kassar on the Party’s Maintaining Its Legal Status
Brooklyn, NY – Chairman Gerard Kassar thanked the voters throughout New York State for making a statement by voting for President Donald J. Trump on the Conservative Party Line.
The Conservative Party has maintained its status as an official political organization in this first test of the law written and signed by Governor Cuomo, that attempts to eliminate third parties in New York State. The new law requires political parties to reach 130,000 votes or 2% of the total vote cast for President. The new law also subjects political parties to the same requirement in gubernatorial election years.
Chairman Kassar said “New Yorkers who chose to vote on the Conservative Line are making a statement that fiscal responsibility, law and order, less government involvement, and adherence to the values of our Founding Fathers, is what makes America the greatest nation in the world; knowing that, I was certain we would maintain our official status.”
The New York State Conservative Party is the third largest political party in New York State with over 150,000 members. In 2016 President Trump received 292,392 votes on the Conservative Party line.
Brace yourselves. Pandemic’s Cost in New York: $63 Billion (loss in revenue). And the pandemic is still with us costing us more. Will Governor Cuomo and the state Legislature be strong enough to cut spending? We know that Democrats only know how to increase taxes; so, make the right choice when you vote tomorrow. Vote on the Conservative Party line, especially for President. Your vote for President on the Conservative Party line will allow us to be your voice as budget negotiations begin in earnest after the elections.
From Intellectual Conservative: “That’s why this election seems so important. No longer are we battling for one party or the other; we are battling to determine the ideology which America will hold in the years ahead.” Internal Chaos Caused Philly’s ‘Peaceful Protests’. “Yes, we must go to the polls. …we must also be determined to live our own lives by the morals and virtue which once made this nation great.”
Emperor Cuomo is seriously considering legalizing marijuana to bring in tax dollars; it would be a major error of judgement to do so. The True Cost of Marijuana: A Colorado Town That Went All-In. While many in Pueblo supported (and still support) the initiative; many are also very concerned about the health care costs and the inability to have a good employment rate. The article gives both sides a fair hearing; what matters is the assessment of the long-term associated with the legalization of marijuana in your home town. (CPNYS is firmly opposed to the legalization of an DEA Schedule 1 drug.)
By the way, we are still silenced on @Twitter! Still no response to our emails as to why, nothing. Just ignoring us as if we, our voices, are non-existence, but lets the leftist Tweeters have freedom of speech. When did Twitter become the arbiter of the First Amendment? Hmmm, is Twitter trying to portray that they are being fair: Twitter censors Obama’s former attorney general over voting tweets. Not really, they only slapped him with a waring; they silenced us.
Lance Morrow’s insight into the politics of today is food for thought for all who truly care about being Americans.
Wow! Seriously? Nicolle Wallace erupts over Peggy Noonan: Conservative white women should keep ‘mouth shut’ This is the problem in todays’ society, the left really does believe that they are the only ones allowed to have an opinion. Nicolle Wallace, how would you like it if I tell you to keep your mouth shut? Grow up, Nicolle, learn to have a civil discussion about differences!
Wow. The former VP learned a lot at Obama and Michelle’s side, unfortunately, what he learned is not what the leader of the free world should believe about the country he wants to become the president of: Biden faces backlash for saying ‘America was an idea’ that ‘we’ve never lived up to’. It is disgraceful that he does not appreciate that we are fortunate to live in the greatest country in the world. “Never lived up to?” America has achieved more in its very short history than any other country; we have raised the standard of living, invented untold numbers of items that have helped the universe, corrected our mistakes, explored space, yet, the man who wants to lead this great country, says America was an idea that we’ve never lived up to. Shame on you, Joe Biden, shame on you.
Townhall.com is a right-leaning site that reports on the news. The following 3 headlines for today’s update are informing us what is going on in the mainstream media. I am not liking to the articles, just amazed at how deeply disturbed the left is. 1) NYT Op-Ed: We May Need ‘International Intervention’ Because of Trump; 2) Joe Scarborough Accuses Trump of Wanting to Kill Journalists ‘If He Could Get Away with It’ and 3) ‘Vanity Fair’ Warns ACB Will ‘Execute’ Women for Getting Abortions. Granted, headlines are written to grab one’s attention, but unfortunately in todays’ society people fail to read the article and tend to believe that what they see in the headline is gospel.
Click here to find your early voting place in NYS and NYC.
Obama stumps for Biden before roaring turnout in Philadelphia. Talk about misleading headlines; from the article “Hundreds of cars filled the Citizens Bank Park parking lots Thursday evening for a drive-in rally for the Biden-Harris campaign, with the star attraction being former President Barack Obama at the Philadelphia gathering.” How does hundreds of cars equal roaring? If this is all they can turnout for their superstar in a solid blue area, those polls the media keeps touting should be reviewed for accuracy.
EARLY VOTING BEGINS ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24. 2020 AND ENDS ON NOVEMBER 1, 2020. CPNYS STRONGLY RECOMMENDS VOTING IN PERSON. The places you can vote during EARLY VOTING, are NOT the same places you would normally vote. If you are a NYC resident, click here for where to VOTE EARLY; If you live outside of NYC and within NYS, click here for where to VOTE EARLY. Do all you can to vote in person.
The Election to End All Elections; Trump, imperfect as he is, is like a finger in a dike that, if removed, would loose a deluge. A book review by Angelo M. Codevilla well worth reading and distributing to your family and friends still sitting on the fence as to whom to entrust America’s future.
Twitter has suspended us again! We live in a country where we do not have to be afraid of speaking out against our government, in fact, we are encouraged to make our voices heard. If people practice peaceful demonstrations, they are reasonably assured they will not be prosecuted for disagreeing with government. It is the history of America. Yet, as we have noted in the past few weeks, if one dares to speak out on what is happening in the social media world, one is silenced. No trial, no explanation, no warnings. Just “bots” deciding what you cannot post. @cpnys has never been told why they have been suspended. This is all they say: “Hello, We’re writing to let you know that we’ve unsuspended your account. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and hope to see you back on Twitter soon. A little background: we have systems that find and remove multiple automated spam accounts in bulk, and yours was flagged as spam by mistake. Please note that it may take an hour or so for your follower and following numbers to return to normal. If you need to get in touch with us again, please file a report through your Twitter app or our forms page, as this account isn’t monitored for replies. Thanks, Twitter” This is the 4th time since March 14. The only positive thing I can say about Twitter is that we are in good company since it is mostly conservative sites that are silenced.
Joe Connor (who testified before the Senate Subcommittee on Foreign Relations regarding President Clinton’s 1999 clemency grant to 16 terrorists whose FALN murdered his father Frank Connor) explains why this Average American is voting for Donald Trump.
Governor Cuomo’s other dangerous legacy is his control of the Parole Board and how they turn convicted criminals free. Three articles that made the news this weekend: here, here and here.
How many people think former VP Joe Biden has a plan to reduce this debt? How many believe that working in government for the last 47 years gave him the insight and knowledge to reduce this debt? And finally, how can it be reduced with all the promises he has made to “the Squad” and the other progressives who demand government pay for everything? New Study Pegs COVID-19 Crisis Costs at $16 Trillion—So Far.
Facebook and Twitter Become Arbiters of Truth. “It is futile, stupid, and wrong for these platforms to deliberately slow the spread of a news story because some unnamed person within the company hierarchy has decided that story is false (emphasis added by cpnys). That is true of any news story, but it’s particularly the case for one concerning a presidential candidate within weeks of the election.”
Statement by Conservative Party Chairman Gerard Kassar: The Release of Bellamy, Convicted of Setting Up the Murder of State Parole Officer Brian Rooney by the NYS Parole Board Is an Affront to the Safety of New Yorkers.
Brooklyn, NY – Yesterday, we learned of three convicted felons (here, here, here) being set free by the New York State Parole Board. Especially egregious is the release of Perry Bellamy, convicted of setting up the murder of one of their own.
Voters in New York State will soon be choosing who will represent them in the Legislature by making their choice. Voters have an absolute right to know where candidates stand on the current trend of letting violent convicted felons out on parole.
In the last two years, New York’s citizens have watched while the NYS Legislature has amended its criminal justice system to allow those convicted of killing law enforcement officers, rapists, and deranged murders out on parole. Cashless bail has become the norm and so has the most egregious discovery reform that endangers innocent victims again after the alleged crime has occurred. New Yorkers must know where all legislative candidates stand on protecting victims and keeping convicted violent felons in prison.
You won’t see me write this often, but, Jack Tapper, deserves kudos for trying repeatedly (but was unsuccessful) to get a straight answer to his question regarding Court packing to Biden campaign spokeswoman Kate Bedingfield. Watch the clip here.
Even yesterday, former VP Biden, could not, would not, state that he will not “court pack” despite saying so in the past; so afraid of losing the progressive arm of the Democratic Party. How will the former VP stand up to America’s enemies when he can’t stand up to the progressive arm of the Democratic Party?
Should we remind you what the former VP said when he was Senator Biden? We sure will.
A sobering article by Chris Farrell in Gatestone Institute International Policy Council: Slouching Towards the Socialist States of America. Only Americans who understand what our Founding Fathers created can keep what they created by VOTING in person on November 3, 2020, the progressive left has made far too many strides forward. It is up to freedom loving Americans to protect the ideals that created the country that has lifted the world in just 244 years.
The Gotham Gazette posted this question in today’s missive to email subscribers: Could a Tax on Stock Trading Help New York Fill Its Massive Budget Hole? The obvious answer is: sure, if you want to speed-up New York’s exodus. New York must become business friendly and not follow the gospel of the progressive movement that wants to destroy capitalism. We must follow the economic philosophy – freedom and free enterprise — that lifts people out of poverty by providing jobs and keeps them from being dependent on government handouts.
