It includes, but certainly not limited to legalizing commercial gestational surrogacy, higher prevailing wages and extending to private construction projects. Chairman Kassar noted that “with Democrats in control of the entire state government, a ‘borderline socialist agenda’ could advance unchecked.” Chairman Kassar also noted that he is already recruiting candidates for the 2020 elections.
