The United States has become the most litigious society on earth. This has led to an explosion of frivolous law suits that are tying up our courts and costing society billions of dollars. We believe tort reform must be a priority objective. We must bring sanity back to an out of control system. Many jury rewards are so excessive that we support reasonable limits on punitive damages.
